Jemm Properties Co Ltd t/a TeachMe Interactive is pleased to confirm that all customers data is handled in a confidential manner. It is our policy that the company does not store customer's financial details e.g. credit and debit card information.
Shipping policy / delivery facilities
The policy of TeachMe Interactive is to ship all consignments within 1 working day of confirmation of payment. Purchases made through our website are confirmed at time of payment. Any other purchase methods are confirmed at the time.
Goods are despatched by post or courier, whichever is deemed to be most appropriate.
Issuing of invoices/time of fulfilment of the contract
An invoice is produced at the time of sale and acceptance of payment. A copy is sent with the goods, which confirms payment. Purchases are always sent out as complete orders. ( No part orders are despatched )
Correspondence Course terms and conditions
This application for enrolment on a correspondence course constitutes an agreement between TeachMe Interactive and the person applying for an enrolment on a course (the "student") to the following terms. TeachMe Interactive will provide the student with an instruction service and lesson material. The student is required to supply written answers to exercises for marking and assessment.
The student understands that all material supplied (including assessment and examination material) is copyright and the student undertakes to use the material for personal use only. No other person shall be permitted to study, copy or attempt to reproduce such material or use it for any other purpose whatsoever without explicit written permission from TeachMe Interactive. The instruction service provided by TeachMe Interactive is available to the student for a period up to the maximum duration of 12 months (from the date of enrolment).
The issue of completion certificates for RYA course(s) is conditional on the student having attained the standard of ability required by the RYA to the satisfaction of TeachMe Interactive. Although great care has been taken in preparing our course material TeachMe Interactive accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions or alterations, or for consequences ensuing upon the use of, or reliance on, any information in a course. The content of any TeachMe Interactive course package may be altered without notice as part of our policy of continuous improvement.
Guarantee and Refund and Return Policy
Correspondence Course Terms and Conditions
We will refund your course fee in full (less the cost of shipping of the course material) if you wish to cancel your enrolment, or are dissatisfied in any way with your course. You must cancel in writing (by letter or email) within 30 days of the delivery date and BEFORE your software is authorised. We are committed to ensure all our Correspondence Students pass their exams first time, if you don't pass the exams initially then we will keep supporting you until you do or refund your money! In order to claim your money back under these terms you need to have failed your day skipper shore based exams three times and wish not to pursue the course further - you will be required to return all your materials.
If you invoke your right to cancel then we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation. This is the full extent of our liability to you. You must, by law, take reasonable care of your course package. If you decide to cancel, you agree to return the course package in ‘as new’ condition, at your expense, to TeachMe Interactive within 30 days of your notification to us. We will charge you for any items that are missing or damaged. If the package is not returned within this period then we will charge you all our costs in recovering it. The refund will be made within 2 working days of the receipt of the saleable goods
Interactive CDs
Should you wish to return your purchase, as we offer a 30 day no quibble refund policy, we will refund the cost of the CD.
Please inform us by letter, phone or email and on return of the CD in saleable condition a refund will be made within 2 working days,
