The delivery system we have chosen to continue to use is based on CDs. The CD content can be loaded on to your computer or run from the CD.
This is a tried and tested option and is part of the reason we are able to offer such competitive prices, not being registered for VAT ( or sales tax) is another large saving.
The CD’s are interactive and any additions and correction prior to the release of anew edition are available online via a URL that is provided with the purchase.
Being a small, efficient, long establish RYA correspondence school, we are keen to keep our prices good value and be available to assist until you, the student, have been successful in your studies by obtaining your certificate.
All courses are valid for 1 year, but can be extended. See Reactivation Fees for options.
We pride ourselves in a very prompt response time to submitted answer papers for each section of the courses.
The communication between Student and Tutor is by email or post ( less rfficient) and contact detils are provided should you wish to telephone or Skype your Tutor.
When the time is appropriate for you to sit the exam, at a time and place chosen by the student and an invigilator to supervise the student. (A suitable adult willing to sign a note of confirmation that the student sat the exam appropriately with the 1.5 hour limit).
A secure URL is provided to the student to download the examination papers. The completed papers are returned to the Tutor by email or if necessary by post. The Tutor will then assess the provided examination papers promptly.
